An anaerobic sealant designed for the sealing of threaded joints. It is approved for use with natural gas and also for gaseous oxygen as well as for contact with potable water.

Applications
It seals against gas, water, LPG, hydrocarbons, oils and other chemicals and will seal to the burst rating of the pipe. Unlike PTFE tape or hemp, Permabond MH052 doesn’t shred or dry out, so it can provide a durable seal, helping to extend the service life of the components.
Advantages
- Does not drip when applied due to its thixotropic property
- Resistant to most of aggressive environments such as petroleum products, gases, acid and alkali solutions
